(1) TRT waste heat recovery power generation is an important equipment for energy green circular economy, which is widely used by domestic steel mills. The smoke and dust during use are prone to erosion and wear on the equipment parts. After evaluating the residual life and damage status of the damaged blade roulette, our company uses the proprietary Zhongke 2# powder (roulette) and Zhongke 3# powder (blade) to repair the roulette and blade , so that the life of the blade wheel disk is increased by 2 times. Using this technology, we have successfully repaired more than ten sets of multi-type units, which are well received by the owners.

(2) The flue gas turbine is an important device for the reuse of catalytic cracking exhaust gas. The impact of the catalytic particles on the blades and discs causes damage to the blades and discs. Before the development of this technology, the manufacturer scrapped the damaged roulettes. In 1992, it cooperated with Fushun No. 2 Petroleum Plant to determine the residual life and damage status of the damaged roulettes. Zhongke 2# powder (roulette) and Zhongke 3# powder (blade) repaired the roulette and blades, which doubled the life of the roulette, and obtained patents and awards. This technology has reliably repaired more than 30 sets of roulettes and more than 2,000 blades without any accidents. In 1999, the technology was used by Shenyang Continental Laser Technology Company until now.
